Health Needs Assessment

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson performs a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years. The assessment helps identify specific health needs of the community and brings to light concerns that impact a community’s overall wellness and ability to flourish.

Participation in the assessment was voluntary and was publically advertised. Community members and health care professionals provided feedback through three mediums, face-to-face interviews, third party data questionnaires and a published survey open to the public.

The administrative team will develop a strategic plan for factors that can be affected through CHI St. Alexius and its resources, and the hospital will partner with other community groups, leadership, and community members to ensure they have the information and can address the community’s needs with their resources and expertise.

If you or your organization would like to know more about the Community Health Needs Assessment, its results, or about being a partner in addressing the needs, call 701-456-4271.
